We believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth. We believe in Jesus Christ His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under ontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, Christ’s holy church, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting.

Characteristics of God our Father
- He is a caring Father
“The same way a loving father feels toward his children— that’s but a sample of your tender feelings toward us, your beloved children, who live in awe of you.” Psalm 103:13 TPT
- He is a consistent Father
“The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does.” Psalm 145:13 NIV
- He is a close Father
“But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all your works. Psalm 73:28 ESV
He is never to busy for us
“The Lord is near to everyone who sincerely calls to him for help.” Psalm 145:18 ERV
He loves to meet our needs
“If you then, although you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!” Matthew 7:11 NET
He is empathetic to our hurts
“The Lord is near the brokenhearted; he delivers those who are discouraged.” Psalm 34:18 NET
- He is a competent and capable Father
He is Omnipotent

He is Omniscience

He is Omnipresent
