Christmas is for ALL people
“The Lord is not slow in doing what he promised—the way some people understand slowness. But God is being patient with you. He does not want anyone to be lost, but he wants all people to change their hearts and lives.” 2 peter 3:9
“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.” Titus 2:9
“For God does not show favoritism.” Romans 2:11
Because Christmas is for all people, all people can have GREAT JOY
“Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure his greatness.” Psalm 145:3
“I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Great joy comes from receiving the GOOD NEWS
“So the promise is received by faith. It is given as a free gift.” Romans 4:16
“So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.” Romans 10:17
“I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. 11 The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!” Luke 2:10
Good news NEEDS to be told
“After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel had said to them about this child.” Luke 2:17
“But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?” Romans 10:14
“Jesus said to his followers, “Go everywhere in the world, and tell the Good News to everyone.” Mark 16:15
