Novation Church is looking to build a relationship with a local church or business that is interested in subleasing our 8000 sq ft space in Westminster.

Terms of lease are negotiable. We intend to continue using the space on Sunday mornings until 1 or 2pm. Other than that, we are fairly open to discuss the details. 

• Sanctuary seats up to 300 people and is equipped with a full A/V system, stage and two screens for projection.
• Cafe has refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, food warmer, sink and serving bar with several tables.
• Five classrooms for children or meetings.
• Located conveniently right across from Downtown Westminster at 90th and Harlan Street.
