Our own Novation Fitness Instructor, Danielle Woodyard is offering Saturday morning pilates classes in the park.
Please bring water and a yoga mat (or beach towel).
POP Pilates is a core focused hour long workout including full body stretching for maximal health in creating toned lean muscle. But be prepared for exercises for the upperbody and lower body resulting in a total body workout.
If you've never tried pilates before feel free to stop by and try as much as you like. If you need to stop, that's perfectly ok, you can always stop and tan for a bit instead!
