Marc and Becki Bullion are the ministry leaders of “The Huddle” at Novation. Marc has served as a Children’s Pastor for over 6 years.
Our passion is to create an environment where our kids have fun worshiping Jesus. When they are having fun, they are growing, sharing and loving others in Jesus’ name. We desire to have a strong Children’s Ministry. Strong, meaning students being plugged into a ministry that would provide a safe place for them to be known and loved. Strong meaning having students understanding and living out God’s plan for their lives. Strong meaning no longer accepting the status quo of, “Well, they’re just kids. Does it really matter?” We in Novation Church Children’s Ministries know…IT MATTERS!
We believe in equipping and supporting parents in their call to raise Biblically solid children. We know that parents are the most influential teachers & leaders of their children’s lives. We encourage parents (and even non-parents) to roll up their sleeves and get involved in each classroom. If you would like to be part of a rotating schedule please click here to get signed up.
We call our Children’s Ministries “The Huddle” because in a huddle, the group or the team comes together to form a plan, a strategy to advance forward and to ultimately win at whatever they are doing. We “Huddle” in each one of our classes for prayer to make a strategic plan in our lives in effectively serving Jesus Christ.
“The Blitz” is our pre-service childcare (8:45 AM – 10:00 AM) that is divided into two age groups (Infants-Toddlers and Preschool-5th Grade). This is a time for kids to have fun and burn off those morning donuts before their classes begin. Plus it allows parents to attend classes or fellowship in the cafe.
Sunday School Classes and Childcare: We offer five classes during our service (10:00 AM – 11:15 AM): Infant Care, Toddler Class, Preschool Class, K-1st Grade Class and 2nd-5th Grade Class. Each class has worship and teaching that is relevant to the age of the group, led by a fantastic team of teachers that love and care for your children on Sunday mornings with great joy.
I came across a wonderful article about parents passing their faith to their children. I have made hard copies available at the check-in table but here is the electronic version, enjoy!
